We’re making a subtle change to your Customer lookup experience that will pave the way for an enhanced service experience later this year.
What you need to know
Beginning April 24, when you search for a customer using Customer lookup in the left-side menu of the agent portal, the search results will display within the agent portal in the same browser tab instead of opening in a new browser tab.
When you click on the customer’s name, their customer overview and claim information will also display within the agent portal in the same browser tab instead of opening in a new browser tab.
