EastGUARD Now Considered for Select Workers’ Comp Business in New Jersey.

We are eager to entertain more of your Workers’ Compensation business in New Jersey
and are pleased to announce a recent change to our underwriting posture for the state.
Effective immediately, we will now consider writing best-in-class policies* in New Jersey
through our most competitive carrier, EastGUARD Insurance Company®!
Qualifying New Jersey risks with the following characteristics may be eligible to receive a
7.5% Workers’ Comp premium credit through EastGUARD:

• an experience modification factor less than or equal to 1.00,
• a minimum premium of $10,000, and
• agreement to participate in a managed care program

And remember . . . when the accompanying Business owner’s or Commercial Auto policy is written with us, a 5% cross-credit can also apply!
