Builders Insurance Services (BIS), owned by AmTrust North America, offers products through Developers Surety & Indemnity Company, NAIC 12718 and Associated Industries Insurance Company, NAIC 23140. BIS is a P&C underwriting manager specializing in General Liability and Inland Marine coverage for Trade Contractors, GC’s, and Home Builders utilizing our online platform- BIS Builder.

We regionally staff Territory Managers that work closely with our network of independent agencies, each sharing an appetite for construction risks. We currently write in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, ID, IL, MI, MN, MT, NM, NV, OR, TX, UT, WA, WI, WY.
