Rental Reimbursement
If you rent a car after you have a covered loss on your automobile, we will put money back in your pocket for a set number of days depending on the policy you choose. Coverage optional on some policies.
Towing and Roadside Service
If your car needs towing or assistance on the road, we will help pay the cost for you. This can cover each disablement on a covered vehicle subject to a maximum limit per policy. Coverage optional on some policies.
Bodily Injury and Property Damage
This can help with your legal liability for a covered accident that involves injury to another person or damage to someone’s property, up to the limit of liability you select.
Medical Payments
This coverage helps pay for the necessary medical care you receive as a result of an auto accident (up to the specified amount on your policy.)
Loan/Lease
This optional coverage pays the difference between what you owe on your vehicle and what your insurance pays, if your vehicle is declared a total loss after an accident or is stolen and not recovered, minus your comprehensive or collision deductible. Coverage limit may vary by policy.
Condominium
Do you own a condo? You may think you are covered by the Condo Association, but there are some important things their policy won’t cover — like your personal belongings! You should also know what the Condo Association’s policy covers from a building perspective, because you may also be responsible for covering your home from the studs in. With an Owner-Occupied Condo policy from Foremost, we’ll be there for you… and your stuff!
Get Foremost
We’ve been focused on providing superior coverage for customers like you for more than 65 years and we put the choice in your hands! Foremost gives you the flexibility to tailor your policy and create the level of coverage you want — pick what matters most to you and leave the rest.
Owner-Occupied Condo Insurance With Foremost
Personal Property Coverage
An Owner-Occupied Condo policy with Foremost insures your personal property against common causes of loss like fire or theft (does not cover flood). Personal property generally includes items like clothing, electronics and furniture. Make sure you check your policy carefully to see what is covered and what you may need to add special coverage for.
Additional Living Expenses
If a covered loss makes your residence unfit to live in, Foremost will pay the actual, reasonable and necessary increase in living expenses during that time, up to policy limits! Your policy will specify when ALE applies and what the limits are.
Loss Assessment
This coverage applies to your share of any valid assessment that the Condo Association says you’re responsible for. Our base policy includes a limit of $2,500, but that limit can be increased with an additional coverage purchase.
Liability
Liability coverage is important if a claim or lawsuit is made against you. You may find yourself legally liable for damages due to bodily injury or property damage caused by an accident. Liability coverage with Foremost will help take care of those damages!
Actual Cash Value
A base policy with Foremost includes coverage for the amount it would cost to repair or replace your property with new property of like kind and quantity, with a deduction for depreciation. Don’t want to worry about depreciation? We also offer Replacement Cost, which is the cost to repair or replace property without deduction for depreciation.
Rented to Others
Why do you need renters insurance? Your landlord is likely responsible for damage caused by fires, floods and other major disasters, but who takes care of your belongings? Clothing, electronics and furniture are rarely covered by your landlord’s insurance. With a Renters policy from Foremost, we’ll be there for you… and your stuff!

Named Peril
This provides coverage for “perils” (fire, explosion, lightning, windstorm and hail damage) that are specifically named in your homeowners policy, subject to policy exclusions and conditions.

Optional Total Loss Settlement
This option can save you literally thousands of dollars when compared to typical auto policies, which usually pay only the actual cash value for damages to your RV. Optional Total Loss Settlement may provide for a new unit of like kind and quality from the same manufacturer in the event of a total loss.
Vacation Liability Coverage
This provides liability coverage on your site, as defined by the policy, when you are parked and using your RV as a dwelling or for recreational purposes. We also offer a Comprehensive Liability Coverage option that provides coverage similar to a homeowners liability policy.
